Gareth's brother brought him his first bass guitar when is was 15, though his talent as a musician doesn't stop there. He can also play piano, guitar and keyboards and has been known to turn his hands to coming up with a rhythm or two on the drums.

Influences? Well, his list of favourite music includes, The Beach Boys, Todd Rudgren, Prince, Steely Dan, Jeff Buckley, Led Zeppelin, Radiohead, Talk Talk and It Bites.
