Now I was on tour with Plantie and Plantie used to say to me everyday
You know Frankie you'll never do anything new in rock n roll.
Well I ain't ever seen f-g Robert Plant making a cup of tea on the
stage.
Anyway I was living in California a few years ago and I was fortunate
enough, or unfortuntate enough to be married to a Beaverly Hills Jewish
girl whichever way you want to look at that and when I first went over
there, she's from a very rich family and I walked in the house and
ther's like the f-g yacht in the garden and like these.. you know it's
in Beverley Hills and I'm sitting there thinking y'know you've really
f-g dont it now, how am I going to get out of this and I felt so bad
and I used to feel like that when I went in resturants and I was in a
posh resturant, cause I'm from a, I guess such a f-g poor family you
kind of feel a bit wierd in there y'know And one thing I noticed was
about the family was, that all although they had all this money and
stuff and cash, they were dropping to bits like the mother wouldn't
talk to the cousin becasue the cousin had ripped the f-g father in a
dealand the sister wouldn't talk to the brother's cousin's sister's
uncle becasueand it went on and on and on,
So I ran inside, I was sitting in the garden, and I ran inside and I
got on one of them Bontempi organs y'know from the sevetnies going

Infact the beats wern't even as cool as that it was like f-g Barry
Manilow or something I don't know
And I wrote this song called Watch The Family Crumble which turned
into a song, the second track of my album Fearless this is called
Homegrown

I Guess the only thing I've been doing is stopping drinking really,
but before I did stop I think one of the things that got me to stop
was sitting on Sunset Boulevard as I used to do all the time and watch
the rock dudes walk up and down y'know them guys one day they look like
Axl Rose and the next day their like f-g Bon Jovi I didn't know who I
was talking to y'know, And er, I used to get very bitter about it all
I'd sit there f-g steaming drunk and I'd sit there going f-g s-g a-e
And then I woke up one day and realised I was one of them.
And so I ran in the house picked up my guitar and wrote this little
song, This is a song which is the first track of my album and
probably my first single I think,
